It has to be completely removed, close browser, reopen browser and then reinstall and upgrade.
The developer is not addressing the issue yet.

From an IT troubleshooting point of view, it is being blocked or corrupted. I haven&#039;t the time to analyze the software yet, but eventually (when I get more time) I will pinpoint it. Until then, uninstall and reinstall.</summary>

Hello FireShot Support Team,
I am a FireShot Pro  License holder and need assistance reactivating my license on a new computer.
My previous computer crashed and is no longer functional, so I cannot deactivate FireShot Pro from that device. As a result, my license key will not activate on my new machine, even though I have a valid lifetime license.
