Azure DevOps no scrolling screenshot

Question

I tried to capture a configuration page on the Azure DevOps site using the Lite version, it only captured the left hand side of the page.
I upgraded to the Pro version, and now it only captures the right hand side of the same page

The Azure DevOps site requires a login and contains confidential data, so I can't share a login.

Hello. Thank you for the screenshots - unfortunately I do not have an access to the link you provided. One question: Does FireShot highlight the scrolling areas, when you select the option 'Capture Selection'?

Yes, this is how it's intended to be, because FireShot detects the main area, and automatically captures it. Presently, it's not clever enough to combine two different areas (the left side, which is normally not scrolled, and the right one, which needs to be scrolled first).

Thanks. As I can see, the feature 'Capture Entire page' captures just a visible part, whereas the feature 'Capture selection' captures the scrolling area normally and exclusively. Normally FireShot detects such scrolling areas automatically, and captures them. In other words, you get the same result, as if you would've selected the option 'Capture selection' and pointed to that scrolling area. But it does not work for this page. I'll look into this problem.
