BLURRY Fireshot captures -- how do I change the resolution

Fireshot -- Save to PDF and Capture Entire Page to Edit or Save both are saving blurry, pixelated images and I cannot figure out how to fix them. With a Gov't deadline Monday, I need this to work properly. How do I change the resolution at which Fireshot is saving images, please? Thank you.

Hello. I think I've already replied you by email. I'll put the suggestions below for future reference (for the other users). What is your screen resolution and do you have the browser window opened at the max possible size? Can you please perform capturing to Editor (Capture entire page and Edit) - is the size of the letters the same as you see, or does it look smaller? The problem with the background can be caused by two browsers running at the same time - is that your case? If not, please perform resetting the preferences. To do that, please close all browsers (make sure there's no running process fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe in the task list). Navigate to the folder %appdata%\FireShot and remove the 'settings' folder. Restart FireShot and re-activate it if necessary (usually it will re-activate itself at first capture).
