Cannot capture full page

I'm trying to capture the full page and edit it but only the visible part of the screen is captured.
Plugin version: FireShot Pro for Chrome v.1.12.18 (64-bit)
OS type and version: Windows 11 Pro version 22H2 OS build 22621.1992
Version of browser: Microsoft Edge Version 115.0.1901.188 (Official build) (64-bit)
Steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Open the page
2. Click on FireShot icon and select Capture entire page and Edit
3. FireShot opens with only the visible part of the page captured.
Webpage URL causing this problem: It is password protected, so it isn't open in the Web

Thank you for reporting. Can you please try the option "Capture selection/element" and check if this provides additional helpers to capture this page just like on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJA0eQgHJWE ?

Okay I'm using the professional fire shot and I have a website that I'm using control select to capture the entire page on scroll.   using the control key simply zooms and doesn't capture.   what am I supposed to do?   I've watched the YouTube tutorials I've read various things on this forum.   nothing is working.
please advise

Please do not scroll the page using the mouse wheel or the touchpad. The page is scrolled automatically when the cursor reach the boundaries of the screen.

Unfortunately, this page is not available without logging in.

If the layout does not let FireShot to auto scroll it during capturing a selection, I suggest you capturing the page entirely to Editor, the cropping it manually.
