can't isntal fireshot pro in windows 10, but chrome

I have just bought fireshot pro, stop chrome and try to install the app, but nothing. Still send me to close chrome. I restart my laptop but nothing. Any suggest?

Can you please open the Task Manager and check, if the process "fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe" is not running? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
