FireShot 0.46
MS Windows XP Pro SP2, English Firefox 2.0.0.14 I just installed the addon, and I can open the screenshot to edit mode, but whenever I try to save from the edit mode, or directly from the menu, I get the following error: Failed to get access to folder "C:\Documents and Settings\rorris\ApplicationData\FireShot\publish I don't have any administrator access to my computer. Will asking my sys admin to install this solve this problem? Or is there another solution? Thanks, Rebecca |

Hi.
Normally even users have access to the folders below C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\ApplicationData\ so your case is an exclusion. Please ask you admin to set write-permission to this folder. Also make sure you can copy files into this folder. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Or maybe just have that entire older set to write enable. That will do I think. |
