I think the case is a big size of the webpage. How much of free RAM do you have? This is vital for big size captures.
I have 600 megs free of 2 gb totally and it worked fine for me. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Some addons can interfere.

Hi, Just for those who are still experiencing the error, For me it seems it was related to the Forecastfox add-on, as I was still getting the error after a reinstall of FF and only removing Forecastfox fixed it. For those still seeing that annoying component failure code worth a try. from https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=873586 __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
