Running FS v.0.98.93.3 on FF 56.0.2 (64) under Windows 8.1 (patched up)
Just a suggestion. If I capture to the editor and then choose to print to a PDF, it would be great if it showed me where the page breaks are going to be, so I can slide them up as necessary to prevent a page break in the middle of a line of text, a graphical element, etc. Thanks! |

Have to second this!
This is pretty much the only feature I've felt was missing from this application. Even just allowing minor adjustments to the page breaks when creating any multi-page document would go a long way towards preventing the disruptive cutting of page elements. It would be very useful |

Hi Ya,
How is this feature coming along? It is REALLY needed as it is chopping lines of text in half ... having no control over this is kinda bullshit as it makes the whole document look like well crap..... even more so when it is chopping up your notes and added text. As I say with the quality and feature of the rest of the software if just STANDS out as a big issue I have just finished a large document [report] on a websites T&C's [they are not good] and a lot of my add text/comments have been totally butchered. While this is not a paid project I still feel that it should be professional in its presentation. CAN YOU PLEASE PUSH THIS UP IN THE TO DO LIST....... Thanks a million Noel |

It seems like it would be simple enough to automate - by doing a search for white space and adjusting the page break slightly if the existing page break was not all whitespace. I agree that having a page break not mid-text would be helpful. |

Absolutely agreed. Some other PDF generation tools do this already, would be nice for FireShot to automatically detect where the ideal place for a page break would be... i.e., avoiding making a page break in the middle of a line of text or in the middle of a picture. Perhaps a combination of auto-detect and user verification would work best here. |

I just now registered here. Looking thru the posts this seemed to the issue that was bothering me. That the capture of a complete page contains visible page breaks where none are present on the Web page. Is there an existing option to turn this off or is there a fix forthcoming? |
