Hello... We purchased Fireshot Pro license in Sep-2011, order reference number 9759879...
I recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled all software. After installation, I was able to register my license in FF12 and Chrome21, but when I try to register the license in IE9, it says that license is invalid, even though the owner name and license key is exactly the same. Please help. ~ Inder |
