I purchased Fireshot Premium via online at https://getfireshot.com/ using credit card on April 10th, 2023. To this date I haven’t received any notification if the transaction was successful, but it was already billed in my credit card. Please find attached the copy of the bill from my card. Kindly need your assistance to solve this problem.
