Hi,
I've not used Fireshot Pro for awhile since I purchased it a few years ago. When I try to download the firefox extension it requires a licence key starting with GET-XXXX, but my Pro licence key is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx- etc. How do I get around this please? Thanks, lyj |
