I just upgraded to FireShot Pro for Chrome (v.0.99.15). I am using the Microsoft Edge browser (Version 97.0.1072.76) on a Microsoft Windows 11 (English) laptop. I cannot get FireShot to capture an entire scrolling page on a bank website (https://www3.citizensbankonline.com/efs/servlet/efs/default.jsp). All it does is capture the browser window. I am able to capture long pages on other websites. I appreciate your assistance. |

Hello. Thank you for your order. Can you please make sure you're using the Pro version and try the option "Capture selection..." and specify the desired captured area (using the Ctrl key for that)? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

I believe I'm using the PRO version. Is there a way to confirm? I tried what you suggested and it does not work. |

Can you please send me a sample PDF of the page you're trying to capture. (Capture Entire page -> Save as PDF)?
