I am using firefox 44.02 and window 10. It gives me error.
Error: couldn't open library sss.dll: error 126

I tried to disable antivirus and firewal as well. But still i get an error. Please sort it out. Thanks.

This is an update for the users looking for the solution for a similar problem: Firefox was started with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles), and FireShot was installed into this new profile. No problems were found, so I guess the problem was in the old profile and one of the extensions that prevented FireShot from running properly.

FireShot is used by over 1000000 users and this problem is only reported by you. Being a developer, you should check, why does it work with a new profile and stops after some time.
