Problem. black frame bars around each frame the composes a full image

Hi guys, I bought the software, only to find that the trial version worked better.. Now I take screenshots and get black lines over the sides and a bit of the start bar in every single frame that composes a full site.

Please help me , fix this or refund me.

Hello sir, refund is not a problem. However, I'd like to help you in solving this problem first. Can you tell me the URL causing that problem? Did you perform the software update when purchased FireShot? Can we get in touch via TeamViewer so I could see the problem and provide a fastest way of solving it?

The problem was in the modified zoom factor: if it's not 100%, you may have some artifacts on the captured web page.
