FireShot Pro for Chrome v.1.12.18 (64-bit)
MS Windows 11 Pro English Both Browsers same problem Edge Version 118.0.2088.61 (Official build) (64-bit) Brave Version 1.59.120 Chromium: 118.0.5993.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) Problem: When I open a pdf made with fireshot and click a link within the document the purchase fireshot pro web page pops up https://getfireshot.com/pdf_aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuYWxtYW5hYy5jb20vY29udGVudC93aGF0LWRheS13ZWVrLW5ldy15ZWFycy1kYXktMjAxOA== The target link should be https://www.almanac.com/content/what-day-week-new-years-day-2018 but when I hover over the the hyperlink it shows the getfireshot link instead. I removed the license from each browser and restarted the computer, then clicked the upgrade to pro, entered the S/N and activated. Got the message that it was successfully updated to the pro version. opened the same document and clicked a link and got the same message as before to purchase the pro version. |
