Hello - when I do a capture, the screenshot extensions only captures the displayed part of the webpage, but I need it to capture the whole page including the part that for which you need to scroll down to display. How can I do that? I have Chrome and Fireshot Pro 0.98.75.
Thanks, Tony |

I think it might be a bug in the latest update. I used it Friday with no problem. This morning, it says it's updated, but now will only capture the visible part, no matter which option I choose.

The URL that this happens on? I use it to send PDF previews of drafts for a WordPress blog that are private, so I can't send those. But I just tried a handful of random URLs. It happens on all of them (including this page).
"Capture entire page" functions like "Capture visible part". Love this plugin, btw. I've tried out a half dozen, and it's the best. |

It may just display only visible part of the capture. Did you try saving to file and checking the output? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

The "entire page" option functions exactly like "visible part", including the output. I even quit and restarted Chrome, just to make sure that wasn't the issue.
Previously, the preview (before output) would let you scroll up and down and see the entire page. Now it only shows you the visible part of the page. And the output is only the visible part. |

My fantasy is over - I can't think of the cause of this problem unless I have a chance to take a look at it. The best way is to get in touch via TeamViewer - please let me know if you would like to get it touch. I'll need our TeamViewer ID and a pass key to connect to your computer. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
