Good morning;
I purchased this product yesterday I attempted MOST UNSUCCESSFULLY five different times after completely uninstalling and reinstalling and using the 'Key' that you provided. On each occasion of reinstalling yesterday and doing the same thing six times this morning I have the same somewhat less than desirable result. That being that I continually receive the same error message; "The license information for this application is missing or invalid. You must enter a valid license key to use this program. The information that I enter on the two respective lines is exactly as I read it from your confirmation email. I use chrome as a browser and my system is Windows 10. The favor of a TIMELY reply as to how to settle this most annoying issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance for same; I am, Thomas H. Bennett III |
