| Hi, my lifetime subscription also appears to have disappeared at roughly the same time (i.e., a couple of days ago). I purchased it many years ago so no longer have "the activation link provided upon purchase", can you please help me. | ||

| Please accept my apologies - I redownloaded Fireshot and reinstalled and now all is back to as it should be. There was obviously some glitch (probably nothing to do with Fireshot) which doing this has overcome. | ||
