| Unfortunately, you're right, it will be fixed in next releases. Thanks! __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| Just ran into this same issue today (I'm running 3 monitors), and it's the first time I tried to capture an image using the top-window shortcut where the active window was on another monitor. Any guesses as to when that next release will be ready? Cheers! | ||

| Ah, it's hard to predict... There're many tasks to be done in the pipeline. Possibly week. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| Well, finally it's happened Multi-monitor mode is now supported starting from 1.1.3 version. Any comments and suggestions are appreciated. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| Okay . . . it works , but not quite the way that I hoped it would. screenshot I run three displays (see screenshot), and notice that SS only took an image from displays 1 and 2, but not 3. The editing feature also only functions on those same two displays. With two video cards in non-SLI mode, I can run up to four displays . . . but my motherboard has three PCIe slots, so theoretically I guess I could run up to six displays with simple (albeit expensive) off-the-shelf parts. I guess I was expecting that you could optionally capture: (1) just the active window; or (2) just a single display; or (3) all displays at once as a single image. And for a consistent UI, I think editing mode should involve all displays at the same time, always. Not sure how you'd want to capture from a single display . . . maybe support hot keys for up to four monitors? or maybe just capture everything and have a quick select feature? or some other idea? By quick select, I mean the way editing mode now allows you to choose a window. Just provide a mechanism where I can select what's on one display (it's a simple thing to crop from that point). I'm leaning toward this as my method of choice. Don't want to sound negative 'cause I do think the improvements are great. Anyone else? Cheers! Keith | ||

| Yeah, you've exposed me: I've got only two monitors currently and I couldn't test it with more ones.. Needed to do that testing by all means. Developing GUI for this feature was also an on-pipe task, thank you for your suggestions To be honest, I expected these remarks. BTW, you used imageshack service for image uploading, did you know you could upload screenshots directly from Screenshot Studio? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| Uh, I guess I did know about it, I just wasn't thinking.  I tried it once under 1.1.2, but it wasn't handling multi-monitor very well and it ended up crashing.  That was my one experience with trying to upload an image . . . I never got a link or anything, so the image just disappeared into the ether. Is there any way I can find images that I've posted and lost or forgotten about? Can I delete images that I've uploaded? | ||

| Hello, i'm testing version 1.1.3 and it simply fails to capture anything on the secondary monitor. Is this due the software being in trial? | ||

| Hi, no. This is due to something wrong with your configuration... __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

| It seems multi monitor capture is still not working right? I'm trying out v.1.9.82, but I cannot get it to capture more than my primary monitor. Neither through 'capture whole screen' nor through 'capture region' Testing on a dual monitor Win7 64bit setup. | ||
