I am a long-time user of FireShot and I am experiencing a persistent issue where the "Capture entire page" option is grayed out.
Issue Details: Problem: The "Capture entire page" option is grayed out and unavailable. Platform: Google Chrome (Version: Version 147.0.7727.117 (Official Build) (arm64) Extension Version: FireShot 2.1.4.7. Specific Behavior: This issue occurs specifically on Google Search Results pages, particularly when the "AI Mode" layout is active. The extension works perfectly on other standard websites (like Wikipedia), but fails on the dynamic/AI layout of Google Search. Troubleshooting already performed: Confirmed browser is fully updated and relaunched. Verified Site Access is set to "On all sites". Toggled "Allow access to file URLs" ON. Refreshed the page and toggled the extension OFF/ON in the Chrome extension manager. Confirmed the issue persists even after a clean browser restart. It appears the extension is failing to inject the scrolling script or calculate the page height on these specific Google layouts. Please let me know if there is a fix or if this is a known conflict with the new Google AI search interface. |
