Chrome screenshot - nothing happening

Question

Plugin: 0.92 OS: Windows XP SP2, English Chrome 15 STR: click S logo on menu, select any option, nothing happens. I haven't been able to use the app for a few weeks now. Nothing happens when I try to create a screenshot. Nothing happens when I select any option on the menu. The screen does 'flash' on screen capture, but the editor does not load and if I select Copy to Clipboard it doesn't.

Capturing does not work at many google-owned web pages. Did you try capturing anything else, for example screenshot-program.com ? Is it possible to open editor preferences via FireShot menu?

Any useful info in the error console?

Answer

Hi guys! A small confusion happened while rewriting the saving module, sorry. What you need to do is: 1. Open the capture in the Editor. 2. Press the 'Save' button. The dialog appears. 3. Uncheck the 'Open folder after export' flag: https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/604/1309304634.png 4. Perform saving You need to do this once. This will disable opening the folder each time you save.

Answer

Ah, hold Shift while pressing the 'save' button. mstar, thanks for pointing at bug-tracking. As always, I have a bunch of ideas in my head, sometimes I need somebody to remind me about them.

Answer

Not ignored. Had 2 weeks of vacations in India https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/632/7350949830.jpg
