| We are trying to transfer an existing Fireshot Pro version 2.18 license from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in Firefox on a new device. Despite releasing the license on the old laptop, it is not possible to install it on the new device. The installation is shown as completed, but Fireshot Pro is not installed. What do we need to do? | ||

Please check system log/policies to make sure the system allows running executables from the %appdata%\FireShot folder. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
