Did something change with FireShot

Question

Last week I was printing website pages via FireShot for an important response.

The FireShot interface was different, and I was asked whether I wanted to upgrade. I elected not to upgrade, and the printed pages couldn’t be used because they didn’t print 8 ½ x 11 inch size pages.

Question: Did something change with FireShot? I use it quite often for printing website pages as evidence in responses. So I’d like it if I could continue doing that.

Please upgrade to Pro using the license key that you have. The functionality should be restored.
