Drop-down menu not functional

OS: Windows 10 Education
Browser Version: Google Chrome

Fireshot extension is not functional in Chrome browser...
I open the browser, click the "S" logo, the dropdown menu appears. Mouse over the  options, the menu registers my hover,  but none of the options are clickable. This has happened since the most recent update.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted computer, closed browser, whole nine yards to no avail.

It still works fine or me in Firefox, but I need it to be functional in Chrome.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks, do you have any script blockers installed in Chrome?

Hi,

I do not think I do. I have not added any, and I do have Javascript enabled for all websites.

Does it happen to all "https://" websites?
I'd like to debug this problem. Can we get in touch via TeamViewer?
If we find a solution for this problem, I'll present you a free Pro license.

I have encountered this same problem in Chrome. However, if I "overshoot" the pointer beyond the desired menu item, but make sure the desired menu item is highlighted, it works to click as long as the item is highlighted. It seems to work just fine on the first capture after opening the browser, but then does this on any subsequent captures during the same browser "session." Annoying, but I can still make it work.

Hi,

I also have the same problem and when i inspect the extension on _generated_background_page.html i get some syntaxerror there

fsUtils.js:572
Uncaught SyntaxError: Block-scoped declarations (let, const, function, class) not yet supported outside strict mode
from  "let updCheckTimeStarts = parseInt(getOption(cUpdCheckIgnorePeriodPref, "0")),"

fsBackground.js:609
Uncaught SyntaxError: Block-scoped declarations (let, const, function, class) not yet supported outside strict mode
from "let ratioW = closestToInt(width / msg.cw);"

fsNativeAPISupport.js:86
Uncaught SyntaxError: Block-scoped declarations (let, const, function, class) not yet supported outside strict mode
from "let version = msg.data;"

The only problem i am thinking is my chrome version not the latest one
42.0.2311.135 m
