Plugin version: Fireshot Pro v1.10.05
 OS: MS Windows 10 Enterprise (10.0.19044 Build 19044) Microsoft Edge browser: Version 106.0.1370.34 (Official build) (64-bit) Webpage: Internal Sharepoint page The error message continues and says 'System works at low memory. Impossible to take screenshots'. However, I kept the task manager open, and the RAM memory usage does not exceed 50%. Another error I get is "Error creating bitmap: not enough memory. The resulting image may be corrupt, sorry." Even though I have RAM at 50%, this is the error message I get.  |
