Hello, I am currently experiencing an issue where the Firefox version of FireShot Pro begins capturing and never stops. Some details:
-- The problem occurs both when I select "Capture entire page" and "Capture visible part." -- It doesn't seem to make a difference what type of web page I'm on. -- There is no progress bar for the action. It only shows a red square with the text "Stop capturing." -- The "Stop capturing" function doesn't seem to have any effect, though. The only way to stop the extension is to disable and re-enable it. -- The problem does not occur with the Chrome extension - only the Firefox extension. In Firefox, it happens in both regular and incognito windows. -- I'm using FireShot version 1.12.18 on a Windows 11 desktop computer. The Firefox version is 151.0b10 (64-bit). -- To recreate the bug, I open Firefox, go to any webpage, and select "Capture entire page.." or Capture visible part..." -- There is no specific URL to provide. The issue happens across the board, regardless of what site I'm trying to capture. -- Below are messages that seem to appear when I try to use the FireShot extension in Firefox: 23:21:49.627 TypeError: can't access property "ownerGlobal", browser is null BrowserElementParent.sys.mjs:20:21 23:24:25.645 TypeError: e.hB.declarativeNetRequest.getMatchedRules is not a function background.js:2:1697617 Thank you very much for your help, Mike |
