Fuzzy edges and low quality images on saved screen shots

The resolution of most saved pages is low quality with fuzzy edges & hard to read text...  Is there a way to alter that and increase resolution?

I use FastStone Capture (older free version 5.3) on Internet Explorer and the saved images are quite crisp with no fussy edges. That system will not work on FireFox thus I tried FireShot which has great features EXCEPT for the fuzzy edges on saved pages.

Following up on yesterday's post, a closer look at the FireShot screen capture shows the entire image is quite small and the test letters are close together or compressed. That contributes to the fuzzy edges on the copy.
I have an example image but can't determine how to add the image to this post

You did not specify your browser, but I suspect, that the page zoom ratio is not 100% and this might be the cause of the problem.

Hi,
I am having the same issue.
I am using FS to capture PDFs (not to clipboard)
I have set zoom to 100% in Firefox browser.
FS...Misc...Preferences...Capture Size is set to "Do Not Resize"

Captured PDFs are lower quality than  the original browser

Hi,
I applied the update that you posted the link to.
The capture is still lower quality than the original webpage.

Here is the new side by side comparison:

It does work in higher quality now, I hadn't completely restarted FireFox and enabled FS.  Sorry for the confusion.

Also, I tried to edit and/or delete my previous post on the Forum and got the message "Access Denied".
