How to change creating multiple PDF from long scrolling page screnshots

Hello there,
I have a Windows 10 PC.  My web browsers are Chrome 71 on Windows 10 and Firefox quantum 64.0 (64 bit). The pro plugin versions I've downloaded is fireshot-install-0_98_95_1.exe and for chrome fireshot-chrome-plugin.exe and firefox fireshot-firefox-plugin.exe.

Initially, I was able to capture a whole webpage: https://courses.lumenlearning.com/boundless-ap/chapter/cell-membranes-and-the-fluid-mosaic-model/ and save it as a continuous PDF webpage in both Chrome and Firefox.  Unfortunately, it's suddenly started creating multiple pages which I don't want.  I went into options and clicked editor options and clicked confirmations. I changed create multiple PDF pages to "do not create".  However, it keeps creating multiple pages whether I'm using Firefox or Chrome and any webpage, not just the one mentioned above.

Please, can you help me to fix this problem ASAP especially as I've paid to use the Pro version which is very frustrating?

Many thanks.

Kind regards,
Trace.
