I paid for timelife Fireshot ￥299.90，2024/1/7 21:33:54. But I didn't receive any code, any confirmation, nothing. I can't swith fireshot to pro.(I have the Alipay prove of it)
I sent 2 emails for help but received noreply. so how can I receive my license for firshot???? |
