Is FireShot now a dead duck?

Question

I've been using FireShot Pro for the last 5 years with some ups and down but it did work. Always been using it in Windows 8.1 (32) bits and with Firefox. Since Firefox v103.0, FireShot crashed completely. I tried to reinstall with supplied file "fireshot-install-1_10_05.exe". Got it to work briefly and then crashed again when it updated to plugin 1_11_10. It reverted back to the free version that doesn't work either. Why can't we get now to download the full "fireshot-install-1_11_10.exe" file ?
Running Firefox v103.0.1 (32 bits).

Thank you for your description. When you say the version 1.11.10 is crashing, what do you mean? Do you see any errors when this happens?

Thank you for the description. The Lite version also have a different main menu: https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/1189/3417204263.png When you restart your browser, do you see that menu right after restarting, or is it a Pro menu which is replaced by the Lite version when you do a first capture in FireShot? Also, can you please send us a 'native-fireshot.log' file located in the following folder: %appdata%\FireShot\1.11.10 to contacts@getfireshot.com ? Thank you for your efforts.

Thank you for your update. I've got the log and it looks interesting for me. Sticking to the old version is OK, except of the fact, that you're missing the updates and new features (the version 1.11.10 delivers the 64-bit support and thus better performance + some quality improvements). If you're willing to get in touch with me via remotedesktop.google.com to find the cause, why the new version is failing to install, please let me know, because I'm highly motivated to fix this issue (the others may have the same problem, but they're hesitating to ask for help).

Well...I dislike anything Google. AnyDesk (https://anydesk.com/) is also fine.
