Need Mac OS version

How can I download Fireshot Pro for Mac? Or is there a way to get into Fireshot Pro through the Lite version? The activation key I received two years ago doesn't work any more.

I'm in the same situation, but I don't want to use Chrome. I use FireFox on a Mac and sometimes Linux. It looks like I need to ask for a refund. (I just bought it.) Oh well. It seemed like a good idea. Firefox is fully supported. Just use the activation link provided to activate it in Firefox / Chrome / whatever browser supporting FireShot

Firefox may be fully supported (in using FireShot), but not in regards to entering the activation key. I am using Firefox version 146.0.1 with FireShot version 1.12.18. It's fully compatible to handle the activation process. Since you did not provide additional information about this, it's hard to say what's going wrong with it. Well, I learned more about FireShot and MacOS from Google's AI: AI tend to hallucinate and use outdated information. The info that you've provided is not relevant to the actual state of the product.
