Not Saving Full Page Screenshots in Chrome

Question

Hi,
My FS Pro has stopped saving screenshots as image for no apparent reason. It worked just fine until 12th Feb 2020 then stopped working.
I've installed it on a custom built Windows 10 machine and am using it in FireFox 73.0.1 (64-bit).
All directories are set up correctly and right permissions are in place.

Please help.

Hello. Can you please tell me what you do, what you see and what you're expecting to see? This would speed up the process, as the words 'stopped working' have dozens of meanings. ;) Many thanks.
