PDF of entire page: Worked on trial version, not working on Pro version

Question

I used the trial version to capture the entire page of a web site, and it downloaded perfectly. Try the same thing with the Pro version, and it's completely tucked up. What's going on? Not patient.

Plugin version (i.e. FireShot 1.12.1

OS type and version (i.e. MS Windows 10)
Version of browser (i.e. Chrome)

Hello John, I apologize for such a poor experience with the Pro version. The Pro grabber uses slightly different approach to capture pages, that sometimes leads to unexpected side-effects (quite rarely, though). Unfortunately the link you provided cannot opened without logging into your account, so I cannot test the page in order to find the cause. Can you please provide a couple of PDFs how it looks in the Free version and in the Pro version? Please send them to contacts@getfireshot.com I appreciate your assistance.
