Plug in not working.

I installed the plug in on Firefox, went to take a screen capture, heard the camera click but then nothing else happens.  No navigation bar comes up with choices of what I want to do. And the shot doesn't get saved to the clipboard.  It doesn't get saved anywhere.

Is there a step in installation that I missed?

Possibly you should update to 0.92 version: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fireshot/versions/

Mine is also not working, I only just installed it for the first time a few days ago, after I was recommended to get it.

I am running the following software / OS

Plugin version: 0.92
OS type and version: Windows 7 Pro SP1, 64 bit
Version of Firefox: 7.0
Steps to reproduce the bug:

When I press the shortcut keys (Ctrl, Alt, Z) I don't get any noise, there's meant to be a camera click?

When I go into the preferences then press the button to open editor settings, I get the error message:

TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined

Fx 7.0 support is not available currently.

May I ask what is the highest version of Firefox that you do support?

Thanks

This is Firefox 6.0. The 7.0 version is beta and support for this browser will be available within 2 weeks.

My "system": Fireshot 0.93 / MS Windows XP Professional SP3 all updates / Firefox 8.0a2

The steps and the problem: Start FF -> I try to make screenshot with the parameters  "Capture entire page and ... Save" -> Get error message " [JavaScript Application] TypeError: Components.classes[cid] is undefined"

My comment: Your "Versions" info says 0.92 works with FF8. It doesn't, and as far as I can see, neither does your 0.93 beta.

Thanks.

JK: You must hate it how FF updates so damn fast, must be tough for all you developers out there!

I went to Pro, you helped me update version and get it working, I just used it yesterday, have made no changes to PC... and today it has stopped working.

I'm sorry to leave you, but I'm going to uninstall and get something - anything else - that will keep working.

Do not reply - I'm done.
