Hallo support team,
 Plugin version: tTnRhQgw.bin (the lastest download) OS type and version: Ubuntu 18.04 Version of browser: Mozilla Firefox 60.9.0esr Webpage URL causing this problem: all Steps to reproduce the bug: I have bought pro licence and need to install the pro-options in linux (ubuntu), knowing there is a linux-version. At the moment I can't even take normal website fireshots. I tried various ways and read a lot. Could not get it work. What is the easiest way, to install pro-options? Trying to add the your download-file "tTnRhQgw.bin" to firefox-add ons, I get the error: "This add-on" could not be installed it appers to be corrupt. (I have a screenshot). What is the recommended way to install the pro-options in linux for firefox?  |
