Hi,
I keep getting a window that pops up with a message saying "storage size has exceeded its quota" when I try to screen shot. When I try to select from the drop down box in that window there is nothing there. I went into settings and selected only save history for 1 week but this message still pops up when trying to do screen shots. How do I get rid of it? Im using version Firefox 2.1.3.2 (64 bit) Thanks |

Hello,
Can you please open History and try manually selecting / removing items? __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!

Hi there,
I just opened the history and there is a little box and it says delete selected with Null beside it. There is nothing to select in there. |
