HELP!! Capturing an image in Gmail has shrunk my email accounts!!

I have just tried to Capture a selection from a Gmail email as an image and somehow it has shrunk my Gmail accounts!!! How does this happen.
I did have a message at the top of my screen saying press CTRL and scroll the selection! How do I get my Gmail email back to normal!!!! |
