Subject: Requesting License Reset – Lifetime Pro License Not Activating After Computer Failure
Message: Hello FireShot Support Team, I am a FireShot Pro License holder and need assistance reactivating my license on a new computer. My previous computer crashed and is no longer functional, so I cannot deactivate FireShot Pro from that device. As a result, my license key will not activate on my new machine, even though I have a valid lifetime license.
