Version v2.1.4 scroll is not working on sites

Question

he “Capture Selection” and “Save as PDF” features no longer work in version v2.1.4 (19 November 2025). When you try to select part of a page, it only works for the portion visible on the screen. After that, it stops, and you have to move the mouse manually in small steps to reach the bottom of the page.
Question:
Is there any way to revert to v2.1.3 until this problem is resolved?
Environment:

Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2
Chrome 142.0.7444.176 (also tested with Brave – same issue)

Hello. What URL causes this problem? https://www.crx4chrome.com/crx/1000/ , but first try reinstalling 2.1.4, and reloading the captured page.

It seems like a problem with some cached extension files from the previous version. I believe deleting the extension then installing it from scratch solve this issue.

Yes, but deleting them does not seem to work. Does it happen to all URLs you're trying to capture? If so, on one of the captured page please open Console (Ctrl + Shift + I) and try capturing. Does it produce any errors in console? If you can, please create a video of this process and share it to us. If I change the name large amounts of data disappear. Thinking this won't occur in acrobat, but does occur with your software for some reason. Not positive. Is this the same bug as mentioned in this topic? I'm a bit confused how changing file name affects how PDF look? Can you please suggest / send us a video of the problem to contacts@getfireshot.com ?
