Hello. I just downloaded Fireshot in order to capture an image from a website. The image I am trying to capture is fairly large.........I have to use the scrollbar on the right to view the entire image. The problem is that Fireshot is not capturing the whole image. Even when I right click and choose "Fireshot" > "Capture Entire Page and" > "Save", I still only get the part of the image that is visible in my browser. Is Fireshot not able to capture the entire image if some of it is not in view and can only be viewed by scrolling? |

Yes, in 75% of cases FireShot does its job well. But in some cases when some elements cannot be scrolled automatically, it fails. The Pro version does this job in 98% of cases.
If you give me the link of this website (just put here, without https:// ), I can test it and tell whether it can be captured or not. __________________ FireShot Pro Pro Full Webpage Screenshots will be moving to a subscription model soon!
